Pain is a messenger

We don't like pain. How do you try to sort out your pain? Everyone's reaction or how they sort out is so different. It even differs depending on family tradition. Some people might not be allowed to express pain and feeling toughened up is the virtue then therefore he (quite often he in this case) tries not sort out and keeps going and ends up with being serious cases.

Other people try to suppress pain with pain killers and keep going . Unfortunately painkillers quite often solve the problem superficially and come back quickly until the message reaches to you . Once you feel any pain it's quite good idea to listen to your body and its needs. For some people you body asks for a rest. Others possibly require lots of stretches then give your blood flow or Lymphatic block release better , and sometimes your body just needs an attention .
