When you tend to accuse yourself or criticise yourself, please be gentle to yourself. Normally it's not your fault to be like that. Please ask yourself where these voice come from and why you need to feel like that way.
If you struggle to get over the thoughts. Louise Hay's series of book especially some wording improving your self-esteem can help you. You will feel you are okay to be who you are and no one accusing you and feeling safe and love.

Healing works has been helping me so much releasing unnecessary thoughts and past emotional feeling will make you realise how much you are trapped with the thoughts input in the past . I am good at shifting the negative memory to positive one with special technique. After applying the energy to the past one, it starts shifting and change the painful one to softer one . Some memory need taking care of to say good bye.
You can decide your own future , you don't need to carry the past taking to the future . Hope more people are aware this and start having life with unconditional love they deserve.
